Mr. Johnson's background includes experience in field operations, sales and sales management, finance and senior management, and consulting roles in general management, business development and operations. Mr. Johnson specializes in consulting, sell-side transactions and capital raising engagements in specific industries and sectors, including fire-related service & installation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, landscaping, telecommunication and technology.

Mr. Petersen currently provides services through KLR Management Consulting where he serves as Managing Director. These consulting services cover the topical areas of Executive Coaching, Executive Team Management, Business Development, Special Projects, and Business Audits. He spends the majority of his time providing these services for startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses in Central Florida.
Mr. Petersen chooses to focus on consulting because of a passion and competency in helping people achieve goals both professionally and personally. He has a strong belief that one cannot be done without the other. He also believes that success in achievement comes from doing the next right thing in small ways over time. An intentional discovery of goals and objectives can lead to a path of direction that can and should be monitored by measuring results and using a variety of feedback mechanisms.
Mr. Petersen currently owns two small businesses, sits on the Board of Directors for two non-profits, and is an Advisor to three Greenfield projects in Central Florida. Pauline V. Kaczor, CPA, MBA graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Francis College. She also graduated with Honors from Rider University earning her Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. Pauline has also received the Certificate of Educational Achievement from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for completing the Institute’s series of advanced courses regarding Individual Financial and Tax Planning.
As a truly dedicated professional, she continually sharpens her skills by taking courses dealing with the evolving accounting environment, changes in the tax laws, tax planning, estate planning and other financial topics. In addition, Pauline has given several continuing education programs to her colleagues at the University of Central Florida and is a guest speaker on a local radio show, WDBO. Pauline has been an advisor to a wide variety of clients including the governor of a state, corporate executives, and numerous entrepreneurs.
Before starting her own professional services firm in 1990, she worked several years with Coopers and Lybrand and 1 ˝ years with the State of New Jersey. At Coopers & Lybrand, Pauline worked as an auditor, consultant, computer assistant, and tax supervisor. Being in all of these various areas is very unique. For the State of New Jersey, Pauline was one of two state procurement officers for professional services over $1 million. Many of the programs put in place at that time, are still in existence today.
