Jon established the firm in 2004 and has been recognized as one of the top business intermediaries in Florida.  Jon has worked extensively across several industries including service, distribution, health care, financial services, retail, and hospitality. Prior to founding Acquivest, Jon built a consulting practice providing asset allocation and investment analysis to financial advisors and fee-based planners licensed with firms such as AXA, Prudential, PNC, Metlife and many regional broker-dealers.  Jon is also a real estate investor, and built and maintains a flagged hotel with annual revenues of over $4MM.

Jon is active with a number of business brokerage and M&A organizations including the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) network, International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). 

Mr. Molayem received a BS in Chemistry from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Rollins College with concentrations in Finance and Management.   Mr. Molayem maintains Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Nick joined the firm in 2007, previously working as an accountant and financial estate planner, and is experienced in advising retirees on how to manage assets effectively and maximize post-retirement cash flow.  Nick has directed numerous transactions with Acquivest in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, medical and business services.

Nick is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida and the International Business Brokers Association.  Mr. Schurig is also very active with several nonprofit organizations in Orange County, both in a volunteer and board director capacity, and is a former youth minister.

Mr. Schurig received a BS in Accounting from University of Tennessee.  In addition to a real estate associate license, Mr. Schurig maintains a life, variable and health insurance license and mortgage broker license.

Since 2008, Oshrat has been helping Acquivest with sales and marketing initiatives designed to maintain superior deal flow for the team. She created and manages a tracking system to sort and lead prospective buyers through sales process, as well as help manage the marketing efforts in originating new clients. Prior to Acquivest, Oshrat served as a senior product manager for Keter Plastic, a $1 billion manufacturer and marketer of resin-based home consumer products.

Ms. Ohana received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Ort Braude College of Engineering. Prior to studies, Oshrat served as Sergeant and trainer for the IDF for two years.
